Since COVID-19 vaccine was adjusted from free vaccination to self funded vaccination in many places, recently, Heilongjiang, Shandong and Anhui have successively announced the price of COVID-19 vaccine, with the minimum price of 126 yuan/vaccine of 0.2 ml/vaccine.

On August 15, the centralized procurement platform for drugs and equipment of Shandong Province publicized eight COVID-19 vaccines. Among them, the lowest price nasal spray influenza virus vector COVID-19 vaccine is produced by Wantai Biology, and the price of 0.2 ml/piece is 136 yuan.
The highest price is the inhaled recombinant novel coronavirus XBB.1.5 variant vaccine (adenovirus type 5 vector), which is produced by Concinor. The price of 0.5 ml/piece (three human doses) is 1114 yuan, and the price of a single dose is 371.3 yuan. Another single vaccine with high price is the bivalent recombinant novel coronavirus fusion protein (prototype strain/Omicron XBB variant) vaccine (CHO cell), which is produced by Lizhu monoclonal antibody. The price of 0.5 ml/vaccine is 408 yuan. The single price of several other vaccines is around 300 yuan.
Heilongjiang Province and Anhui Province also announced the procurement of COVID-19 vaccine. On August 18th, the People's Daily Health App learned from staff at the Heilongjiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention that the evaluation results have been made public. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in various cities, districts, and counties can purchase, distribute, and have citizens make appointments for vaccination once they are in place.
According to the access review results of COVID-19 vaccine released by Heilongjiang Province on July 24 and the corresponding price of the vaccine, the price of the publicized product is close to that of Shandong Province, with a difference of less than 10 yuan. For example, the nasal spray influenza virus vector COVID-19 vaccine produced by Wantai Biology, the price of 0.2 milliliters/piece is 126 yuan.
On August 13, the centralized procurement platform of Anhui Province also released the procurement catalogue of COVID-19 vaccine in 2024. The price of the same product is similar to that of Heilongjiang Province and Shandong Province. At the same time, Anhui Province also included the novel coronavirus variant mRNA vaccine (Omicron XBB. 1.5) (0.3ml/bottle) of Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group, with a price of 598 yuan/bottle.
