The Evergreen Crown Hotel, an international hotel with a Taiwanese background, is being boycotted across the internet.

Yesterday, a video posted by blogger "The Interesting Life of Instructor Zhang" was widely shared. The video claims that when the blogger and his team checked into the hotel in Paris, they found that the hotel had flags of various countries, except for the Chinese flag.

The bloggers immediately requested the hotel to hang the Chinese national flag, but were refused by the hotel staff. After investigation, another Chinese national staff member of the hotel stated that there was originally a Chinese national flag, but it was cut off by the hotel's leader, Mr. Su, on the 19th, and the hotel was prohibited from displaying the Chinese national flag again.

The intentions of this Su are always obvious. What is even more infuriating is that this hotel located in Paris received a large number of Chinese tourists during the Olympic Games and also has many branches in mainland China.
