Tsinghua graduates report real name corruption to Suzhou Commerce Bureau Director
On July 28th, Ma Xiangyu, a self proclaimed graduate of Tsinghua University in 2018 and a staff member of the Suzhou Industrial Park Commerce Bureau, publicly reported online that Zhu, the director of the Suzhou Industrial Park Commerce Bureau and his gang violated political discipline, organizational discipline, work discipline, and integrity discipline. They colluded with government procurement, fabricated projects to obtain funds, transferred benefits, provided false materials to the provincial inspection team, and Zhu's own educational background was falsified. On the afternoon of the 28th, the New Yellow River reporter contacted Zhu himself and said, "I am not in a position to make a statement on this matter at the moment. You can contact our Suzhou Industrial Park Propaganda Department." The New Yellow River reporter subsequently called the Propaganda Department several times, but no one answered. The staff of the Suzhou Industrial Park News Center said, "We have noticed this situation, and the relevant departments are also verifying it.

In the video and report letter, Ma Xiangyu stated that he had provided a large number of contracts, bills, inquiry records, call recordings, WeChat chat records, email accounts and other materials to the Suzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, and reported them under his real name. However, it has been one year and four months since the formal acceptance by the Suzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision on March 13, 2023, and there has been no feedback so far. Ma Xiangyu also stated that the amount involved in the case is not less than 17 million yuan, which is a typical group corruption case. The large amount of work results he has made have become a stumbling block for Zhu's gang to engage in corrupt activities through external procurement. Due to his refusal to participate in the gang's criminal activities, he has been retaliated against by Zhu for four years, bypassing organizational procedures. We earnestly request the organization to take practical actions to prevent change and resist corruption, recover financial losses, and purify the political ecology.
On July 28th, a reporter from New Yellow River contacted Ma Xiangyu regarding this matter. He said, "Initially, they forced me to sign a project that was not my fault and had problems. They wanted to handle the completion of this project, and I didn't want to get involved. Afterwards, they stripped away all of my important work achievements, and I was marginalized. My assessment was also affected afterwards, and the reason why I haven't left is that my review of all places that need to see the files was definitely not passed. The main problem I want to reflect is that Zhu's gang colluded with government procurement, fabricated projects to obtain funds, conducted interest transfer, provided false materials to the provincial inspection team, and Zhu's own academic qualifications were falsified. My demand is for grassroots public officials to work in a legal and compliant environment
According to public information, Zhu, male, born in December 1979, is from Suzhou, Jiangsu. He started working in August 2002 and joined the Communist Party of China in August 2009. He holds a master's degree. The current Secretary of the Party Branch of the Comprehensive Coordination Bureau of Suzhou Industrial Park Free Trade Zone, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Comprehensive Coordination Bureau of the Free Trade Zone.
