Since none of them are participating in the war, what is the purpose of this summit? Isn't it that the Swiss side hopes to promote the convening of the summit to demonstrate their mediation attitude and ability?
China claims that when it comes to peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, it would be best if both Russia and Ukraine could be present. What's wrong? China is neither a participant in the war nor an ally with the participating parties. Why not attend this peace summit?
Do we also have to force China to participate in a conference where the country involved is not present, to discuss how to target that country? How is this different from the United States, Britain, and the Soviet Union betraying China's interests back then?
