According to TASS on April 12th, Ukrainian President Zelensky said during a meeting with university students in Chernovce that currently, the country's reconstruction requires about 700 billion US dollars.

The Office of the President of Ukraine has released relevant videos on the YouTube website. When asked if the United States and EU countries are developing post-war reconstruction plans for Ukraine similar to the Marshall Plan, Zelensky replied, "There is a plan. It involves a large amount of money. When it comes to Ukraine's reconstruction funds, there are different estimation methods, currently around $700 billion, but we do not know the actual amount yet, as the war is not over."

The Marshall Plan launched in 1947 was an aid program provided by the United States to European partners after the end of World War II. Zelensky said, "In principle, all partners agree that all parties will participate in Ukraine's reconstruction... We believe in and expect the integrity and nobility of our partners - they will implement what they say, not just empty talk. I think that will be the case. That is to say, our partners will allocate a corresponding amount of funds to Ukraine."

According to reports, the World Bank released a report in mid February stating that Ukraine's reconstruction work over the next 10 years will cost $486 billion, which is more than twice the size of the country's pre war economy.
