Chongzhou, Sichuan reported "Dog Bites Girl": Dog Owners Are Taking Criminal Compulsory Measures

At around 8:00 am on October 16, 2023, a girl was bitten by a dog in Hengda Xichen Oasis Community, Yangma Street, Chongzhou City.

After the incident, Chongzhou City quickly organized departments such as public security, health, and Yangma Street to establish a joint investigation working group to investigate. The illegal facts have been preliminarily identified, and the relevant situation is now reported as follows.

After investigation, at 7:20 on October 16th, two involved dogs entered the incident community, and at around 8:00 pm, a personal injury incident occurred. At 8:20, the white Labrador dog involved was captured at the scene, and at around 21:00, the dog owner Jia arrived at the scene. At around 22:00, the wounded black Rottweiler was captured; At around 3:00 pm on October 17th, the owner of the black Rottweiler, Tang, arrived at the scene. At present, the police have filed an investigation into the incident and have taken criminal coercive measures against the owner of the black Rottweiler, Tang, in accordance with the law. The case is under further investigation.

In order to receive better treatment, the injured girl was transferred to West China Hospital at around 23:00 on October 16th for further treatment by a medical expert team. Currently, her vital signs are stable. We will continue to do a good job in the treatment and care of girls.
